Bettola is attentive to the details of the farm to table process. We help sustain local growers who work cooperatively with the ideas and philosophy of the restaurant. Our plants are grown specifically for us from seeds originating in Italy, and are carefully cultivated and cut daily to deliver the flavors and freshness we seek. Our flours, cheeses, tomatoes and cured meats are from the regions that we focus on in Campania. Fresh meats are brought in from local organic farms which are bred for their full flavor.
Attention to our guests is of equal importance to the quality of the food we serve. Our staff is educated about the foods of the region; cheeses, wines, meats and the preparation of dishes so they are able to communicate with our guests and answer questions about the menu. Our staff strives to provide a pleasant experience, and shows our commitment to your satisfaction.
Our Wine list works in harmony with the foods we prepare with simplicity in mind. The list is regional Italian, with wines that come from small vineyards which produce exceptional complexity, outstanding quality and flavors which accent the food.
